Q: How does the review and posting process work?
A: Everything begins with a one-time strategy call to set your goals and content pillars. From there, you send a quick weekly voice note and we turn it into newsletters and social posts. We also hold a monthly interview session, which becomes the source for professionally produced video clips. During onboarding you will have the opportunity to review drafts and give feedback so we can fine-tune your voice and style. Once your content flow is established we streamline the process, balancing consistency with opportunities for input. Newsletters are published through Substack and your approved social and video content is distributed across LinkedIn, ensuring you show up consistently where your clients and referral network spend time.
Q: How long does it take to see my first content?
A: Within 48 hours of your first voice note you will receive suggested drafts ready for your review.
Q: Do I need to write anything myself?
A: No. All we need from you are quick weekly voice notes and your monthly interview. From there we handle the writing, editing, and distribution. That said, if you would like to be more hands-on and contribute ideas or edits, we welcome that too.
Q: How much time do I need to commit each week?
A: About 10 to 15 minutes for a weekly voice note, plus a monthly one-hour video interview session. We take care of the rest.
Q: How often will my newsletter go out?
A: Weekly is our default. We can adjust to biweekly or monthly based on your goals.
Q: What if I don’t like a draft?
A: Every piece of content is a suggestion. You are always in control and can edit, reject, or request adjustments.
