MadScript Inc. (“Us” or “We”) provides the MadScript platform and various related services (collectively, the “Site” or “Service”) to you (“You”), the user (“User”), subject to your compliance with all the terms, conditions, and notices contained or referenced herein (the “Terms of Service” or “TOS”), as well as any other written agreement between us and you. In addition, when using particular services or materials related to this Site, users shall be subject to any posted rules applicable to such services or materials that may contain terms and conditions in addition to those in these Terms of Service. All such guidelines or rules are hereby incorporated by reference into these Terms of Service.

BY USING THIS SITE, YOU AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS OF SERVICE. IF YOU DO NOT WISH TO BE BOUND BY THESE TERMS, PLEASE DO NOT USE THE SITE. YOUR SOLE REMEDY FOR DISSATISFACTION WITH THIS SITE OR ANY SERVICES IS TO CEASE USE. YOUR AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS BECOMES EFFECTIVE IMMEDIATELY UPON YOUR FIRST USE OF THE SITE.

These Terms of Service are effective as of the “Last Modified” date identified at the top of this page. Material modifications to these Terms will become effective upon the earlier of (i) your continued use with actual knowledge of such modifications or (ii) 30 days after publication. The resolution of any dispute is governed by the version of these Terms in effect at the time the dispute arose.

 

Overview of Our Services

MadScript provides an AI-powered content and personal branding service for professionals and businesses. The “Service” does not include Your Data (as defined below) or any software or service provided by you or a third party. All rights, title, and interest in and to the Service (including all intellectual property rights) remain with and belong exclusively to MadScript.

 

Minimum Configuration Requirements

To use the Service, you must create an account using an email address or another accepted method. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure. MadScript is not liable for unauthorized access resulting from your failure to maintain account security. Accounts are non-transferable.

 

Term and Termination

This TOS remains in effect until terminated. You may deactivate your account at any time via the interface provided.

MadScript may modify, suspend, or terminate the Service, or any portion of it, at any time with or without notice. We may also terminate your account at our discretion for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

Upon termination, MadScript has the right to delete your account data and files permanently.

 

Rules

By using the Service, you agree that:

  • You are at least 13 years old.
  • You will keep your registration information accurate and up to date.
  • You will not use the Service for unlawful purposes (e.g., fraud, money laundering).
  • You will not use the Service from a sanctioned country or if you appear on U.S. government restricted lists.
  • You will not impersonate others or send unauthorized messages (spam, phishing, etc.).
  • You will not share your password or allow unauthorized access to your account.
  • Abusive behavior toward MadScript, our team, or other users may result in account termination without refund.

We reserve the right to restrict access or terminate accounts that violate these terms or applicable laws.

 

Privacy & Data Use

We encourage you to review our [Privacy Policy]. By using the Service, you consent to our handling of your data as described there.

 

Your Data

“Your Data” means any content or metadata you upload, input, or generate while using the Service. MadScript will make commercially reasonable efforts to protect Your Data and only use it as necessary to operate the Service (e.g., backups, display, or performance enhancement).

MadScript does not use Your Data to train publicly available large language models (LLMs). We do not share or repurpose Your Data for model training purposes with third parties.

LinkedIn Integration:
Where applicable, MadScript’s use of LinkedIn APIs and data fully adheres to LinkedIn’s API Terms of Use and applicable developer policies. Users integrating with LinkedIn are responsible for ensuring they have rights to access and use the data provided via LinkedIn.

 

Feedback

Any feedback or suggestions you provide to MadScript may be used by us freely and without obligation.

 

Disputes

This Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts of Delaware, and you agree to their jurisdiction. You waive the right to a jury trial.

 

Notices

We may send notices to you via email, on the Site, or through official MadScript communication channels. Notices are considered received at the time they are sent or posted.
